An offshoot of Windsor soup is SPOOF. The Independent newspaper ran a story saying the sale of recipe books had declined.  Windsorsoup wrote saying people did not want fancy foreign cooking but Organic Old Foods and that they were using search engines to get the recipes. For instance they were told that if you go to Google and type Windsor Soup  and hit "I'm feeling  lucky " button you land in the soup. They replied.
But then Google changed  and typing "windsor soup " gave another site.  I complained.
I wrote an email to Google saying that they should not let a Frenchman tell us how to cook windsor soup.
The email was clearly marked SPOOF but Google  replied!

Windsorsoup wrote thanking Google for their attention clearly as SPOOF.

Also SPOOF wrote to the Covent Garden Soup Company about the unavailability of the soup in their Soup shop in Windsor Royal station. They replied!. Later the shop shut. Connection?

That was in February.
In July our favourite netty nerdy mag (link on links Page) .Net magazine newsletter carried a thing saying join Google Adsense whatever that is.  So windsor soup  tried to join..
And Google rejected Windsorsoup! Said Windsor Soup did not meet their criteria. Cheek of it! Wrote as SPOOF to find out what did!

While Google refused to allow the ads on it was attacked by some idiots using a virus to do multiple searches to swamp it.  Also Google had stock market flotation which went a bit bumpy. SPOOF wrote
